Boys will be boys and it’s our duty as mums to make sure they get all they need in their diet. Now that’s easily done when you start making things they love in a healthy version.
Who doesn’t like a choc & Banana smoothie?! Ok so here it goes! A simple simple recipe that your kids will love!
Makes 2 smoohties
Freeze some chopped bananas the night before….
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of Raw cacao
- 1 tablesspoon of Cinnamon
- 500ml of kefir
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend away! Sprinkle some cacao on top and enjoy!
I only added one tablespoon of raw cacao but i reckon it can take 2. Next time! 🙂
